HOW TO COOK

Cooking red rice can be a little time-consuming owing to thick,long and grainy texture.
In a pressure cooker:
Wash and soak red rice for 20 minutes
In a pressure cooker ,add 2 cups of water and rice
Cook it on medium flame for 6 whistles and switch off the stove.
Wait till steam releases ,open the lid and fluff the rice.
